Shipping & Returns

We want you to love what arrives at your door. Here’s how shipping, delivery and returns work.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders over $75 ship free — no code needed. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Processing & Dispatch

Because our goods are made in small batches and packed by hand, we ask for a little patience during busy periods. If anything in your order is delayed, we’ll reach out to let you know.

Gift notes

Sending a gift? Add a note at checkout or email us and we’ll include a hand-written card — and leave the prices off the packing slip.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn’t right, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email support@thecollectivegoodies.store with your order number and we’ll send simple instructions.

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Our pieces are handmade and carefully packed, but if anything arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
